OOTD :: 4th of July - Happy Birthday Merica!!!

Happy 4th Everyone!!! Garrett and I started out day off with some Starbucks and a visit to Barnes and Noble for Garrett to study and for me to peruse the Magazine isle for inspiration. Next we met my brother (Douglas) and his girl friend (Taylor) for get some food to cook. After we ate and hung out we hopped in Garrett's Jeep to look for some fireworks. We defiantly found some beautiful ones Downtown and at the Casino. I have videos for both on my Instagram. Link is in the right side bar >>> right over there>>>

 My statement piece in this outfit would have to be my shorts! They are from JC Penny and they fit me like a glove and go with EVERYTHING!

My purse is a hand me down from my mother and it is the perfect color I think! 

 My shoes are a new find I got from TJ Max. They are originally from BCBGeneration. Amazing and comfy nude wedge. Great for a lot of walking and I loved how they elongated my legs! Huge plus!

 My shirt was recently hauled from Belk. AND IT WAS ON SALE!!! I honestly put this shirt on not even thinking about dressing for the 4th but once I realized I just ran with it and added a red bangle!

 My arm candy is were I wanted to bring in the red. It (red) can usually be very over whelming in an outfit especially paired with a bright blue or white. So I let it hide between my go to gold accessories. My Michael Kors watch named Camille and my gold chain I bought at a small boutique. Also my watered down sweetened iced black tea from Starbucks. That has been my monthly favorite from them! My nails are NYC Skyline Blue and Wet n Wilds I Need a Refresh-Mint.
